Preventative checks

Four vital health checks

Volunteer nurses test blood pressure, blood sugar, hearing, and vision at folding tables inside neighborhood fellowship halls. These quick checks catch subtle changes early before small concerns turn into serious hospital visits.

You receive your results immediately on a clean paper card to carry home or share with your family doctor. No health insurance cards or referrals are ever requested.

Mobility and balance

Gentle fall-prevention classes

Certified instructors lead seated chair stretches and supported standing exercises designed to build ankle stability and core balance. Sessions run forty-five minutes at a calm pace that accommodates arthritis, joint stiffness, and walking canes.

Classes gather twice weekly inside air-conditioned recreation halls and shaded church pavilions. Participants wear ordinary street clothes and flat shoes, moving together to protect independence and reduce fear of falling during daily routines at home.

Unbiased guidance

We sit down with your plan letters and prescription lists at a folding table, translate the fine print into plain English, and never sell insurance policies.
